Our off-ice training facility is centrally located in Des Peres at 12027 Manchester Rd. It is equipped with a state-of-the-art skating treadmill and over 1200 square feet of synthetic ice. Skate sharpening is included with every lesson.
Full hockey equipment including their stick is required for lessons.
Stick and Puck Training
Stick and puck training is offered on our synthetic ice system by appointment at our facility. We have 1200sqft to work on skating, shooting, stick handling, and passing.
Hockey Treadmill
The treadmill is equipped with a variable speed drive to help players lengthen their strides, work on recovery and perfect their technique. Power skating and conditioning are done with the treadmill inclined to increase resistance.
