What Equipment is Needed for Lessons?
Full hockey equipment is required for lessons at our training facility including your stick.
Is there a locker room to change?
We have a bathroom to change into any undergarments and plenty of seating to get ready. Some players choose to get ready at home, that is up to you.
What does a lesson look like at the training facility?
The lesson is split into two 15 min halves. The first half is on our synthetic ice focusing on shooting, passing, stick handling and skating. The second half is on our skating treadmill focusing on your forward stride. We work on posture, pushing with your full leg, quick feet and stamina. Each lesson is personally tailored to the needs of the player.
