St. Louis Hockey Training provides multifaceted hockey skill development for players of all ages and skill levels. Our players range in age from 4 to 50+ and skill levels from the Little Blues Program to Professional. Individual, group, and team lessons are conducted by experienced coaches on the ice and at our dedicated synthetic ice training facility at 10202 Manchester Rd. in Kirkwood, MO which includes stick and puck training along with our skating treadmill.

Below is a side by side of a player’s first lesson and 10th lesson on the treadmill at the STLHT Training Facility.

Interested in learning more? Check out our upcoming camps or contact a coach for more information. Lessons are by appointment only at our off-ice facility and area rinks.
